Mostly confusing, felt like navigating without a clear map

From the start, the terminology and labels used throughout the WorkFromHomeIndia software made it quite difficult to navigate what was expected at each step. The sign-up process lacked clear explanations of the terms being used, which led to some guesswork on my part about how invoicing and payment worked, especially when terms differed slightly in different screens. Even features like the dialer and database were labelled in ways that did not feel intuitive, which might work for someone already familiar but was frustrating for me as a newcomer trying to understand the tools properly. The training sessions attempted to clarify things but still left me feeling somewhat lost due to inconsistent wording and overlapping terms. Telephonic support was patient but could not fully resolve my confusion about terminology since the core software labels did not change. Overall, while some technical parts worked fine, the entire software felt clunky and poorly designed around language and clarity, making the initial experience less welcoming than it could have been.
