Mostly clear pre-purchase info but some self-navigation needed
I’d say the sales and pre-purchase information was generally helpful, but a bit of figuring out was definitely on me. At first, I thought all the details about software features and training would be clearly laid out step-by-step, but instead, the documentation was somewhat scattered across different sections. The conclusion I reached after spending some time browsing was that while basic overviews and pricing were upfront and easy to find, the deeper specifics about workflows and dialer settings required me to dig through FAQs or even start the training modules myself. This made the initial decision-making process a little more time-consuming than expected. On the positive side, once I took that self-directed approach and explored on my own, I did uncover answers that helped me understand the product’s value and whether it fit my situation. The standout part was that the sales page did provide a clear summary of what to expect from the software and training together, acting like a launchpad once I committed. That part made me feel reassured despite the extra legwork. If the onboarding or pre-purchase experience could streamline or centralize that detailed information better, it would reduce the time prospective customers spend piecing things together. For now, though, patience and some exploration on my part bridged the gaps, and overall it felt like a positive experience with one notable caveat about navigation.
