Mostly clear explanations but a bit formal at times
I found the training and onboarding overall clear, yet there were moments when I felt the explanations could have been more straightforward. The material was well-organized and presented logically, but sometimes the wording leaned towards a very formal tone that slowed my understanding. Certain steps in the onboarding flow were explained with technical terms without enough practical examples, which led to some confusion initially. I believe a more conversational or simplified style could help newcomers grasp the concepts faster and reduce the need to revisit parts repeatedly. Despite this, the training covered all essential areas thoroughly and guided me step-by-step, ensuring that I eventually understood how to navigate the software and access the calling tools. The little reservation behind the four-star rating is that, while the content was informative, the delivery style was occasionally too stiff, impacting clarity for some users who prefer a more approachable explanation.
