Mostly clear but occasionally confusing
Using the software day to day, I found that most of the labels and menus made sense, which was a relief because complex wording could have slowed me down. The labels on the dialer and calling dashboard were mostly straightforward, helping me focus on outbound calls and the workflow. However, sometimes the database feature’s terms were a bit ambiguous, and I paused to double-check what each filter and category meant. The training did help clear some of that up, but I still prefer when UI wording is simple and unambiguous from the start. On the plus side, access across devices was smooth, and I didn’t have trouble logging in or navigating between sections after signing up. The invoicing and payment steps were also logical and well explained in the portal, which made managing subscriptions less of a headache than I’d feared. In balance, this system was mostly user-friendly apart from a few places where wording felt technical or roundabout, which slowed me briefly. Overall, I’d say the flow was good enough to get used to quickly but could be clearer on some database parts.
