Mostly as expected but the detailed training stood out
When I first signed up for WFHI’s software and training, I had moderate expectations based on their website and preliminary documentation. The signing up and payment steps went fine, albeit with the usual waiting for the invoice and confirmation emails. Once I began the training, I noticed that it went beyond what I had anticipated in terms of depth and clarity. The sessions were well-structured with hands-on examples and explained the database and call tools thoroughly, which really helped integrate these features into my daily workflow. However, some parts of the onboarding, especially certain software functionalities, seemed less intuitive and I felt they could have offered more tips upfront to reduce the learning curve. Support was available by phone and handled my requests adequately, but I didn’t find the follow-up as prompt as I would have liked. The automatic updates generally worked well without interrupting my work. Overall, the experience matched most of what I was expecting except the training was surprisingly comprehensive, which was the highlight for me. If I were to describe it to a friend, I’d say the training alone justified the investment because it made adopting the software much more manageable, even if other aspects were fairly standard.
