Mostly alright but a little more clarity would help next time
I found the billing and payment process to be mostly straightforward and well-managed through the software. The invoices came promptly and accurately, which was a relief considering how complicated payments can sometimes be. The sign-up was also quick, and I appreciated the automatic updates keeping the software up to date without manual intervention. I don’t expect to need much help with payments going forward, but I can imagine occasional queries about adjustments or new features might come up. One small gap was the lack of a clear FAQ or guide specifically about invoicing terms and payment schedules, which meant I had to call support to confirm details. That added a bit of hassle that could be avoided with better upfront information. Overall, though, the system worked well enough and didn’t disrupt my workflow, so I’d be willing to continue using it on this basis.
