Most support was hands-off but the dialer help stood out
In my time using WFHI software, I found that much of the support involved me figuring things out with the training and documentation rather than proactive troubleshooting calls. That suits me well because I like to explore and get used to systems independently. However, the one area where telephonic support really shone was with the dialer tool. When I did reach out for help on that specific part, the detailed guidance was timely and thorough, making the difference between struggling and smooth operation noticeable. The database and software updates mostly worked without needing much intervention. The sign-up and payment parts also went smoothly with little to no confusion. So while I wouldn’t say support was heavily involved at every step, the standout moment was definitely the dialer-related assistance, which seemed prioritized for users needing it. Overall, balance of autonomous learning with focused phone support worked well for me.
