More work than I expected to get started
The training and onboarding with WFHI involved several steps which I found were not always in the best logical order. Some modules seemed to assume prior knowledge that had not yet been introduced in earlier parts of the process. For example, I had to pause and go back through information about database features after completing initial calling tool instructions because they were introduced too late for my workflow needs. This caused unnecessary repetition and extra effort on my part to connect the dots. The sign-up process itself was clear and uncomplicated, which was a positive, but the sequence of training activities could be improved. I had to manage multiple tabs and materials which were not always streamlined. Though the software itself seems well designed, the onboarding required more focus and a better structure to reduce time spent figuring out what to do next. Overall, it took considerable effort to reach a usable level of understanding with the steps given.
