More waiting than expected, but training has some benefits
My expectation was that the onboarding and training process would be more streamlined, but it turned out to have quite a bit of repetition and waiting around. Initially I thought the training would quickly get me up to speed, but some of the modules covered the same material multiple times without adding much new insight. Also, there were pauses between the live sessions that slowed down progress, which made me compare it a bit to other platforms where they hit the ground running faster. That said, the training did eventually get me familiar with core features like the database and calling tools. Onboarding required filling in a lot of details manually, where I had hoped for some automation or more direct guidance. Still, by the end of it, I was comfortable using the software day-to-day, despite thinking it could have been done with less downtime. So while some effort was needed to get fully operational, I do think the training provided a solid foundation for using the remote workflow effectively.
