More upfront effort than ongoing maintenance
The setup of the WFHI software required a fair amount of initial effort, which I have to mention first. From configuring the calling tools and the dialer to organizing the database feature, it was a somewhat involved process that wasn’t entirely straightforward. The initial onboarding flow required attention and several steps before I could start working efficiently. However, once I was through that phase, the ongoing use of the software was much less demanding. The automatic updates worked quietly in the background and did not interrupt my workflow, so I didn’t need to spend extra time maintaining the system. I did notice that some features needed occasional fine-tuning, but nothing requiring constant vigilance. Overall, the bulk of my effort was front-loaded during setup rather than spread throughout usage. This means anyone willing to invest time at the beginning will likely find the software easier to operate later, but it’s not an instantly effortless solution. The balance between one-off setup versus day-to-day maintenance definitely leaned heavily toward the initial phase.
