More troubleshooting than I expected to do myself
I honestly didn’t realize how much I’d have to figure out on my own before everything started working smoothly. Signing up was fine, but when it came to using the software and accessing all the features, I found myself stuck quite often. The calling tools and dialer weren't intuitive, and I spent hours trying to set up my database to fit my workflow without much guidance. The training materials seemed basic and lacked depth for some functions. I thought automatic updates would help improve things automatically, but sometimes they actually added confusion by changing interfaces unexpectedly. I reached out to telephonic support a few times but often felt like I was left to troubleshoot most problems myself. This was surprising because I assumed the onboarding process would cover these critical parts more thoroughly. So for me, the experience didn’t meet expectations; I’m still not sure if I got the full value of the software because of all the trial, error, and waiting around.
