More time spent waiting than I thought, but worth it
When I started with the WFHI training and onboarding, I thought it’d be quick and straightforward. Turns out, some parts took more time than I expected, especially the repeat exercises they have you do. Sometimes I felt like I was going in circles because the same modules asked me to practice similar steps more than once, which felt a bit slow. Also, there was some waiting between sections, like when the system needed to update or when a trainer was meant to respond. But honestly, throughout these delays, I kept looping back to the importance of understanding the dialer and database setup. The repeated drills actually helped me lock in those skills better than rushing through. So even if it felt like dragging at times, I now see that putting in that time was worth it for the confidence I have using the software. It is not lightning fast as a process, but sticking with the flow makes you more ready to work independently with their tools.
