More than I expected to keep up with daily use
Initially, I thought the training and onboarding would prepare me well for the daily demands of using the software. The first few sessions were helpful in introducing the basics, but as days passed, I struggled with some of the features not responding as intuitively as promised. I had hoped for a smoother experience once past the initial steps, but the interface sometimes felt clunky when managing calls and databases simultaneously. Comparatively, I’ve used other platforms where training focused more on ongoing ease of use, and this one felt more front-loaded in instruction. It required continuous effort just to keep things running rather than working through challenges naturally. I did find one aspect—the automatic updates—worked fine and didn’t interrupt my workflow, which I appreciate. Still, the everyday usage felt more complicated than I expected, adding extra effort.
