More than expected ease in training materials organization

My experience with the training and onboarding was pretty positive. Initially, I wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of how easy it would be to locate specific resources. As I started, I found the modules arranged logically, so I could easily track my progress and pick up exactly where I left off. The database walkthrough was particularly well organized, which helped me understand its integration with the calling tools without confusion. While I had anticipated more scattered materials, everything being in one consolidated dashboard was a relief. The few minor hiccups involved a delay in accessing some advanced tutorials, but generally the flow met or exceeded what I had hoped for in clarity and order.
