More suited to self-starters; I found the sales info confusing

The sales and pre-purchase materials did not sufficiently prepare me for what to expect after signing up. I found myself piecing together a lot of details about the software features, training sessions, and invoicing processes on my own. For someone who prefers clear upfront guidance, this approach may not work well, since much was left for me to discover practically. While the sign-up and payment steps eventually became clear, the initial communication lacked depth about what exactly comes with each service and how the onboarding timeline unfolds. If you are very comfortable with independently researching and managing technical setups, this could suit you, but if you want more thorough sales support before committing, you might struggle. It felt like the emphasis was more on the digital tools themselves than on educating prospective customers about the full journey prior to purchase.
