More self-navigation than expected for support
I was surprised by how much I had to figure out on my own during the initial stages of using WFHI's software and support system. While the telephonic assistance was there, I found that prompts and automated guides were sometimes insufficient for complex queries about the dialer and database features. Although the training sessions were informative, several parts required revisiting the materials independently, which felt somewhat inefficient. Moreover, the onboarding flow, while generally smooth, lacked some detailed walkthroughs, meaning I had to experiment to understand how automatic updates would impact my workflow. Despite these challenges, the priority assistance did respond promptly when sought, which reassured me somewhat. Thus, the overall experience with support and communication was positive, though not as hands-on as I had hoped—it leaves room for better guidance during early use, which I hadn't anticipated.
