more self-driven than expected in sales process
When I started looking into the software and training, I had the impression sales and pre-purchase help would be quite hands-on. However, much of the detailed information and internal workings I had to discover on my own through trial and error or by reading support pages. The sales contacts provided basics of the product, but detailed explanations about database features or dialer functionalities were not always forthcoming. This meant I invested significant effort understanding if the service fit my needs before signing up. While I do appreciate having the responsibility to explore things independently, it did surprise me that the amount of personalized guidance was relatively limited compared to some other services I've experienced. Overall, I found the self-driven approach manageable but it required a certain persistence to get everything clear enough for purchasing and starting training.
