More hassle than it was worth
I gotta say the training and onboarding process felt like a bit of a slog. The materials were all over the place, and it took more effort than I expected just to understand the basics. Even by the end of it, I was only somewhat confident in using the software properly, which is frustrating because you’d hope the training would really set you up well. They did have some helpful videos, and I found those somewhat useful, but the rest was pretty dense and repetitive, which made me lose focus a few times. I kept going in circles trying to remember how to use certain features. While I appreciate the effort WFHI put in, I feel like the whole process could be streamlined so that I didn’t have to spend so much time figuring things out step by step. Honestly, I was hoping to feel totally ready after the training, but I still have doubts about actually managing everything smoothly without stumbling. It’s not that the software is bad, but they really need to rethink how the onboarding is structured. So yeah, a lot of effort for just a little bit of confidence at the end, which is disappointing.
