More hassle than I expected throughout
Before purchasing, I had hoped this platform would simply work as I started using it regularly, with minimal issues after sign-up. But the reality felt quite different from my expectations. Day to day, the software occasionally froze or lagged, which caused disruptions to my calls and data entry processes. It was unlike other tools with which I’ve had smoother experiences. I also expected help to be more readily available if problems arose, but the telephonic support was slow to respond at times. I spent more time troubleshooting than I had planned for, which affected my motivation to continue using the system. Even the invoicing and payment receipts took longer to process compared to other platforms I’ve tried. I began to feel the whole setup was more complicated and less reliable than advertised. Overall, it left an impression of a tool that needed more polishing before it could meet everyday use expectations. I wouldn’t say it worked well for me, despite giving it a fair chance over several weeks.
