More guidance would have helped early on
Looking back now after using the WFHI software for some months, I realize that while the training and onboarding provided a decent foundation, much of what I needed to understand about the software I had to figure out myself. The initial materials touched on the main features like using the dialer and managing the database, but some parts weren’t very intuitive, and I found myself learning through trial and error. I do appreciate that the onboarding flow allowed me to explore and get comfortable at my own pace, but it would have been helpful if there was even more structured guidance, especially with integrating the software into my specific remote workflow. On the positive side, the automatic updates ensured that I was always working with the latest version, which avoided technical hiccups. In sum, the training was solid, yet the experience left me wishing for a bit more handholding to make starting out less of a puzzle.
