More Guidance During Training Would Have Helped
Looking back on my experience with the training and onboarding phase, I realize now that it could have been a lot smoother if there had been more structured guidance. A significant portion of what I needed to know, especially regarding the database features and the intricacies of the dialer, wasn’t fully explained. Instead, I found myself mostly working things out myself through trial and error, which ended up taking a lot more time than I anticipated. The automatic updates felt a bit like a double-edged sword because while they ensured the software stayed current, there wasn’t enough information on how those changes would impact my existing workflows. Support was available but tended to offer fairly generic solutions, so I often felt like the nuances of my setup weren’t fully understood. Sign-up and payment were the easier parts, with clear communications and timely invoices. However, the lack of a truly comprehensive onboarding package means I still feel some uncertainty about whether I am using the system optimally or missing features that could really improve how I work remotely. It's been a process of gradual discovery rather than a neatly guided path, and for anyone else starting out, I’d recommend they expect to invest a lot of personal effort early on, or possibly seek out additional resources elsewhere.
