More frustrating than expected, honestly
I honestly felt like I was going in circles with their support and communication. The onboarding flow promised much but delivered little clarity. Every time I called the helpline, I was bounced from one agent to another without getting a solid answer, which made the whole process very tiresome. At least the invoicing and payment section was straightforward enough, so I didn’t have to worry about that. Still, what really got to me was the disconnect between what I expected and what the support actually offered. They claim to provide priority assistance, but the wait times felt long and responses seemed generic. The software updates were automatic, but I never got enough guidance on how those might affect my workflows. It was like they setup the tools but didn’t really prepare me for using them. After all this, I ended up feeling pretty worn out by it all and doubting if the service was worth continuing with.
