More flexible than what I was used to before
Compared to the remote workflow tools I had used before, WFHI surprised me with its flexibility and user-friendly design. Signing up was straightforward, and the onboarding process was clearly laid out, making it easy to set up the calling tools and upload contacts into the database. What really caught my attention was how automatically the software updated, saving me time and hassle compared to manual updates I had dealt with before. Over the week, I found the dialer more responsive and less prone to glitches. The training flow also felt smoother in WFHI than with previous platforms. It was clear that this was designed with a better understanding of remote work needs. The support team was quick to answer my questions when I called. Overall, it felt like an upgrade that kept me surprised in positive ways.
