I thought going into this that the software and access would be somewhat plug-and-play, but in reality, I had to figure out quite a bit on my own before things clicked naturally. For instance, while the sign-up and payment flows were mostly intuitive, the dialing tool and database integration needed a few tries before I understood their nuances. I guess the training covered most basics but left room for personal experimentation, which wasn’t necessarily bad but did mean I spent more time troubleshooting than I thought I would. Still, the automatic updates did a decent job of improving features without disrupting my workflow too much. Telephonic support was generally helpful, although I often preferred to explore options by myself first. Coming back to what I started with, this effort of piecing it all together gave me a better handle on the software, even if it was more work initially. So while the learning curve was steeper than expected, I think that hands-on experience was ultimately what helped me trust the software’s capabilities enough to continue using it regularly.
