More figuring out than help during training, so unsure about repeating
To be honest, the training and onboarding experience left me with mixed feelings. When I first signed up, the initial guidance was a bit thin, like I had to really explore the dashboard and calling tools on my own. Some modules of the training were ok, but often I found myself stuck wondering how the database feature could fit my workflow because it wasn’t clearly explained. I expected more direct instructions to walk through the remote workflow setup, but instead I had to figure a lot of it myself after the online sessions. Support was available over the phone but sometimes waited a bit long before getting through, which didn’t help when I needed quick clarifications. The signup and payment process were fine, and invoices were clear, at least. But overall, because of this trial and error style I had to adopt, I’m hesitant to say I would willingly sign up again without knowing more about what kind of help is really on offer. I think the product could be valuable once you get the hang of it, but the onboarding isn’t quite there yet for my taste.
