More effort than I expected to get started
Working through the training and onboarding with WFHI was more demanding than I anticipated. The steps didn't feel arranged in the best order, making the early stages somewhat confusing. For example, the training modules would introduce tools before we'd actually set up the corresponding software components, so I found myself jumping back and forth a lot. The database setup steps came quite late, which was odd because I needed it from the start to organize my contacts efficiently. I was also surprised at the frequency of repeated confirmation requests during sign-up and payment, which added friction. The calling tools were explained after onboarding, which could have been done earlier to lower the learning curve. While some parts like invoicing worked fine, the overall flow could be more streamlined to save time and reduce unnecessary backtracking. Although I eventually managed to get comfortable, the experience felt more cumbersome than what I would call sensible or user-friendly.
