More effort than expected compared to my previous training
I found the WFHI training and onboarding process somewhat different from what I had used before, but not necessarily in a good way. The previous programs were more straightforward with clearer instructions on how to use the calling tools and database features. Here, it felt like I had to work through a lot of steps by trial and error instead of being guided clearly. The onboarding flow wasn’t very intuitive, which meant I had to spend extra time figuring out how to navigate the software and set up my dialer properly. The training modules often felt disconnected from the actual workflow I was supposed to follow, making it more confusing than helpful at times. Support was available by phone, but getting through took some patience, and the advice wasn’t always precise or directly related to my issues. The sign-up and payment process was fine, and the invoicing was accurate, which was one positive aspect. Automatic updates happened regularly, but I am not sure if they improved the platform or just added new things that I did not fully understand. Overall, compared to my past experiences, WFHI demanded more independent learning and effort, which was frustrating when I expected a smoother transition with better support. Because of this, I would say the onboarding effort required was more than I would have liked, and it impacted how quickly I could get comfortable with the software.
