More effort than expected but they really stepped up
When I first started the onboarding process with WFHI's training, I hit a few glitches that honestly made me wonder if I'd ever get through it smoothly. The software wasn’t doing exactly what I expected, and some steps in the training assumed I already had setup knowledge, which I didn’t. It took a good chunk of troubleshooting on their end when I contacted telephonic support; they were patient and guided me through repeated tries. Still, it wasn’t a quick fix – I had to dedicate more time than I planned just to get the calling tools and dialer properly connected, and adjusting my database to match their system involved a lot of back-and-forth. What stood out was how the automatic updates sometimes changed settings and behaviors, which added to the confusion early on. But once everything clicked, the training’s thoroughness made me feel ready to handle remote workflows confidently. So yeah, it was effortful but worthwhile, thanks to their support sticking with me through the rough patches. I'd say be prepared to invest some patience upfront but it can pay off in smoother workflow management later on.
