More Effort Than Anticipated in Training and Onboarding
I approached the training and onboarding phase with some reasonable expectations of straightforward guidance and clear instructions, but unfortunately, my experience did not quite align with this. The software's training modules were somewhat disjointed in parts; while some sections were clear and helpful, others left me confused about how to fully integrate tools like the dialer and database features into my workflow. I was surprised to find that the onboarding process required more manual steps than I had originally assumed. For example, setting up the automatic updates and making sure that the call logs synchronized properly took more effort than anticipated. On the brighter side, the telephonic support was responsive, even though sometimes I had to clarify issues multiple times before getting satisfactory answers. Additionally, the invoicing and payment flow during sign-up was logically ordered and went smoothly, which was a relief amid the other challenges. Reflecting on this, I think the effort I had to invest was significantly more than I had expected before embarking on the training, but it was not entirely fruitless. I believe with more time and patience, I could extract value from the training, although the initial hurdles made it feel more demanding than I initially thought it would be.
