More effort required to get through onboarding steps
The onboarding process and training required more effort than I expected to get everything lined up properly. The software’s initial setup felt disorganized with multiple tasks expected to be done without clear guidance on priorities. I had to repeatedly consult the manuals and the telephonic support to understand how the calling tools could connect properly with the database feature. The training modules did cover the basics but lacked a natural progression, which made it confusing to keep track of what should be done next. Additionally, the automatic updates sometimes altered functionality without warning, forcing me to adapt midstream, which was disruptive. Payment and invoicing worked as established but did not offset the struggles during onboarding. For someone willing to put in the time and manage the confusing order of steps, it could work. However, this process definitely felt like a major hurdle and it left me questioning how streamlined the program actually is for newcomers.
