More confusion than clarity on purchase
I initially thought the sales process would give me a clear understanding of what to expect, but actually, most of it I had to figure out on my own. There was a point where I had to understand the database feature without much help and that became a bit overwhelming. The signage during sign-up was simple, and invoicing seemed fine from the start. However, the further I went into the software and tried to navigate the dialer and calling tools, I realized I needed to spend more time learning things myself. There was a lack of clear guidance before purchase, which meant I was guessing a lot about how the automatic updates worked and what support was available telephonically. This trial-and-error created frustration because I expected a more comprehensive introduction to all features upfront so that the software fit my needs better from day one.
