More clarity on process details was missing
I was really hopeful during the initial WFHI sales and pre-purchase discussions, but by the time I reached the end, I felt something was missing. The sign-up and invoicing were handled okay, and I found the payment process fairly straightforward, which was one thing I appreciated. However, the part where I expected a clear breakdown of how the software and training would exactly fit my specific remote workflow seemed vague. There was a lot of technical jargon and some assumptions about what I already knew that made me unsure if it was the right fit. I tried to get more information through call support, but the explanations often felt rushed or left out details I needed to make a confident choice. I also noticed the onboarding explanations before the sale didn't fully prepare me for what came after. So while I recognize some parts were smooth, like the ease of invoicing, the confidence in the product and service was not quite there because more guidance was required from the start.
