Moment of clarity came after some trial and error
At first, the WFHI software felt a bit complex to navigate; I tried figuring out the calling tools and dialer on my own without much initial guidance. Signing up was straightforward enough, and I appreciated how invoices and payments were handled clearly. The database feature took me a little while to fit into my existing workflow. I wasn’t sure initially if automatic updates might disrupt what I was doing, but they actually improved things over time. I spent the first few days just trying to understand how different parts linked together. But then there was this moment when I realized how the training resources complemented the onboarding process really well, making it easier to see what I was doing. Telephonic support was there but I didn’t reach out often, preferring to learn by trial and error. By the time I got through the setup phase, the software felt quite natural to use, and I started feeling confident with it. It’s the kind of system where you need to spend some time but once it clicks, it clicks. Overall, I’d say it’s a good tool if you can invest that initial effort.
