Moment I realized the onboarding didn’t fit my working hours well
From the start, I was hopeful the training and onboarding process would accommodate the irregular hours I work. Yet, it became clear very quickly that the scheduled training sessions were set at fixed times that conflicted with my availability. Attempts to adjust the timings met with limited flexibility. The software training modules required real-time participation which I could not always manage alongside my other commitments. This misalignment caused me to miss important steps in understanding the calling tools and database features properly. I found myself falling behind and waiting for the next available session which did not match my daily routine. Phone support was available but often during the same time blocks that were inconvenient for me. By the time I grasped this scheduling challenge, I was frustrated as it felt that the onboarding was not designed with my work pattern in mind. For me, the system did not click because of this fundamental timing issue, making it hard to keep up and fully benefit from what WFHI software and training could offer.
