Mixed signals in onboarding terminology but overall clear
When I began the onboarding process through WFHI's training modules, I found the labels and wording mostly straightforward, which helped me get through the initial steps without much trouble. However, there were moments when I paused, wondering if a few terms might confuse someone who is not used to tech-related jargon. It seemed like sometimes the descriptions could have been a bit more intuitive or explained with examples to avoid assumptions. On the plus side, the structure of the training was well-organized, and the flow from one topic to the next felt natural, so I could connect the dots as I went along. I also appreciated the interactive elements that helped reinforce what was being taught rather than just reading text or watching videos. Still, I am left uncertain whether the wording choices will remain this clear when used by people with different tech backgrounds. Some more universal phrasing or glossary aspects might help in the future editions of the training program. Overall, the combination of clear progressions and the occasional unclear label made the experience positive but left a slight room for improvement in user understanding.
