Mixed responses on follow-up pre-purchase inquiries

Reflecting back on my experience with the sales process prior to purchasing WFHI's product, I found the responsiveness to be quite lacking compared to what I had hoped. It seemed that initial queries about features and pricing were mostly handled through automated responses rather than clear, personalized explanations. I waited several days for replies to some of my questions which made the process frustrating. It was also unclear who I should contact for more complicated clarifications beyond the basic pamphlets provided online. After the purchase, some information was missing or felt mismatched relative to the promises during the sales pitch, which was disappointing. Although I acknowledge this happened several months ago and processes might have improved since, at that time, the human touch or real-time support in sales was clearly insufficient. The lack of timely and detailed responses before buying made me somewhat hesitant but I went ahead anyway because of the software's advertised features. In sum, for anyone who values quick and clear pre-purchase communication, remember that this might be an issue worth considering.
