Mixed order of steps, good and bad
The sales process for this software was frustratingly out of sequence. I was asked to make payment before I could fully understand the training and onboarding features, which left me hesitant. Additionally, the call with support to explain everything came only after I had committed, which is not a sensible order. It felt like putting the cart before the horse because I couldn't confirm if the software's features suited my needs beforehand. On the plus side, once I was in, the invoicing process was clear and the automatic updates worked as promised. Still, the lack of a logical pre-purchase demonstration or explanation made the initial steps feel disjointed and unhelpful.
