Mujhe lagta tha ki mujhe zyada guide kiya jayega during training aur onboarding but wo thoda basic tha. On the other hand, invoicing and payment process clear tha aur simple. Telephonic support pe baat karna tha initially stressful, kyunki mujhe baar-baar apni baat repeat karni padti thi. Shayad meri expectations zyada thi, ya phir main proper tarah se features ko samajh nahi payi. Jab main dost ko bataun toh kahungi ki support thoda inconsistent laga, par software chalane mein koi badi problem nahi thi.
