Mixed fit with my work hours, some positives
The software promised to match my actual working hours but fell short in reality. I found that the automated updates occasionally triggered during critical calling periods, which disrupted my flow and led to some frustration. On the other hand, the database feature was quite solid, easy to navigate, and helped me organize contacts decently. However, the calling tools didn't accommodate my preferred hours as flexibly as I needed, which made my daily routine less smooth than I expected. While the sign-up and payment process was straightforward without delays, the overall product alignment with my real working schedule left much to be desired.
