Baaki jo follow-up calls hui unmein thoda better hua, lekin ekdam clear ho jaane mein time laga. Matlab ye support team achha kaam karti thi toh hai, par thoda patience chahiye hota samajhne ke liye. Lekin overall theek thaak tha aur communication mostly friendly and helpful thi, just thodi aur simple language use hoti toh aur better lagta.
