Mixed feelings: Would I try this again? Probably yes, with caution

I decided to try WFHI software and training after using a different platform for managing remote workflows earlier. I found some parts really worked well – the automatic updates were smooth and the dialer tools were quite handy for making calls frequently across the week. However, when it came to the onboarding process, it wasn’t as streamlined as I hoped; I felt the training didn’t fully match what was promised and left me guessing a few times. The database integration was useful but didn’t have the flexibility I was used to, which was a bit frustrating. Invoicing and payment worked fine though the layout was a little confusing at first glance. On the plus side, telephonic support responded relatively quickly and managed to sort out my doubts, which was reassuring. Comparing to my previous experience, I think WFHI feels more basic in some areas but more effective in others, especially in call management. If I were to do this again, I’d probably spend more time understanding the software nuances and get comfortable with their training lineup before fully committing. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience but definitely had its ups and downs, so I’m leaving the door open to use it again but with a bit more care and maybe alongside other tools to cover the gaps.
