Jo onboarding process tha, woh bhi thoda confusing laga initially aur mujhe baar baar support call karna pada clarify karne ke liye. Software mein kuch features smooth kaam nahi kar rahe the day-to-day use mein, par calling tools se mujhe satisfaction mila. Invoicing process straightforward tha, bas kabhi kabhi lagta tha ki thoda aur detailed instructions hona chahiye sign-up ke waqt.
