Mixed feelings: training was tough but onboarding had some use
The training and onboarding experience left me mostly frustrated. The materials provided were not very clear, meaning I struggled to grasp how to use the call dialer and manage the database feature effectively. This led me to feel I might need to seek help again the next time I have to set up new remote workflows because the process was not intuitive. However, I will concede that the onboarding flow did cover some basics that were helpful, such as how to log in and access the software dashboards. Still, the support felt less responsive over the phone, and the automatic updates did not seem to improve my understanding. Payment and invoicing were handled fine, but that is about the only part of the whole process that went smoothly. Overall, I am unsure if I would feel confident repeating the setup without additional assistance, which makes me hesitant to fully recommend it once trained.
