Mixed feelings: Training was okay, but still felt unprepared
I started the training and onboarding with WFHI hoping to get a clear understanding of the software and workflow. The sessions were organized and the instructor was knowledgeable. The materials provided covered most aspects, but towards the end, I still felt hesitant about handling the dialer and the database features confidently. It was quite a lot of information all at once, making it difficult for me to absorb everything seamlessly. One small reservation I have is that some parts of the onboarding assumed prior familiarity with similar remote working platforms, which I lacked. So while I did gain important skills, the experience left me somewhat unsure about smoothly managing the software on my own. The setup was clearly explained, but I wished there was more time allotted for practical exercises or follow-up support. Overall, it had both strengths and drawbacks. I appreciated the attempt to provide comprehensive training, yet I didn't finish feeling fully confident to rely on the tools without some doubts lingering in my mind after the sessions ended.
