Mixed feelings, support thoda slow but helpful
Main generally feel karti hoon ki support team helpful thi, lekin unka response time thoda slow tha. Jab maine telephonic support liya, toh kuch baar baar apni problem ko repeat karna pada, jo thoda frustrating tha. Lekin, jab baat helpful advice aur clear instructions ki aayi, toh support team ne acha kaam kiya. Jo cheez mujhe confuse karti thi, wo yeh thi ki kabhi kabhi call transfer hone mein zyada waqt lag jata tha aur mujhe lagta tha ki ye workflow better ho sakta tha. Training ki taraf dekha jaye, toh woh teek thaak thi, par jo database feature hai usko use karne ke liye mujhe thoda aur self-learning karna pada. Overall main kahungi ki support process mein patience rakhna padega, kyunki response thoda late milta hai, par quality decent thi. Agar ye thoda tezz ho jaye toh aur convenient ho sakta hai.
