My overall experience with the training and onboarding process was quite balanced. Initially, I found that the training matched some of my expectations: the content covered basics clearly and was well structured. However, I also noticed that certain parts were less engaging or less detailed than I had hoped. For example, the onboarding flow was straightforward but a bit slow, requiring patience and self-discipline to keep up. If you're someone who enjoys a guided, interactive experience with plenty of personalized help, you might find the process lacking. On the other hand, if you're comfortable learning independently and can spend time experimenting with the software, it could work well. The calling tools and database features were introduced nicely, but only after several hours of sessions, which was longer than I expected. So, in summary, I think this service suits people who like to take initiative rather than those needing constant support during training.
