Mixed feelings—some steps felt out of order during onboarding
I had mixed feelings about the WFHI training and onboarding steps since some parts felt well structured while others could have been better planned. Initially, I expected the onboarding to start with general software navigation before moving to specific features like the dialer and database. However, the training started focusing on calling tools early on, which felt confusing without a clear understanding of the overall workflow. Later stages clarified things better, but it took some time to adjust. The telephonic support was helpful during those moments, though. Also, invoice and payment processes appeared quite simple in the training but in practice required a bit more figuring out. Compared to other platforms I’ve tried, WFHI’s approach needs a little more cohesion in the order of its onboarding steps to help new users gain confidence faster.
