Mixed feelings: smooth start but some colors could improve

I found the initial sales and pre-purchase experience with WFHI fairly straightforward. The sign-up and payment process went without major hitches, which was a relief. The information provided in the onboarding and training sessions was generally helpful. I was able to get the dialer and database features set up, but some of the terms and options weren’t exactly intuitive. That’s possibly why the support team helped me a couple of times to clarify certain parts of the software and billing process. I’m not particularly troubled by needing this assistance right now, but if I’m honest, I do wonder if next time I or someone on my team will require similar support again. The smooth part was the software’s performance once past the initial setup. It made the calling tools reliable but the training did not fully prepare me for some minor workflow glitches. For the future, I’d appreciate more detailed documentation to avoid needing to pick up support as quickly. It isn’t a complaint just a note about the one notable aspect that stood out. But overall, it did do the job with mixed results across different parts.
