Mixed feelings: Smooth start but daily use had its ups and downs
I found the initial access setup pretty easy, and the training materials helped get me going with the calling tools without much hassle. But day to day, some quirks popped up—for example, the dialer would occasionally freeze or lag during peak hours, which was a bit frustrating. The database feature is generally handy for managing contacts and details, though sometimes loading new entries felt slower than expected. Updates arrived automatically, which was convenient, but occasionally an update would change the user interface, making me search for buttons I was used to. It's not a huge problem; I guess I got used to it. Telephonic support helped when I called about these issues, but sometimes the wait time was a bit long. On the payment side, signing up and invoicing were simple enough, nothing complicated there. So overall, the experience has been a bit like a slow but steady ride, mostly reliable but with some bumps along the way. I feel like getting more comfortable with it will smooth out the occasional hiccups, which makes this software okay but not perfect so far.
