Mixed feelings: one clear help but lots of confusion
When I began the onboarding process, I really struggled to quickly locate the specific training materials relevant to my workflow needs. There was one moment when I finally found a tutorial video that addressed a feature I was trying to implement, which helped me for that step. However, beyond that, the overall navigation seemed scattered, and I felt lost for much of the early days. The menus sometimes led me to outdated-looking pages, making it difficult to trust what I was seeing. The emails sent during onboarding contained some links that were broken or pointed to unrelated content, which didn’t help build my confidence. While I could appreciate the intention behind the structured training modules, their sequence wasn’t intuitive for me, so I had to spend additional time exploring and guessing. On the plus side, once I got past that initial stage, the software itself seemed to function smoothly once I had figured things out. Still, the lack of clear path to the needed resources meant I wasted much effort just to get started. Overall, I found onboarding frustrating though I did find occasional useful points scattered within.
